Thank you for booking your travel experience with Shiran Travels & Tours LTD. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. Below are the terms and conditions of our Return and Refund Policy.
Cancellations by the Customer
- More than 30 days before the start of the service: Customers are entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid, less any transaction or administrative fees incurred.
- 15 to 30 days before the service begins: Customers are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- Less than 15 days before the service begins: No refunds will be provided.
Cancellations by Shiran Travels & Tours LTD
- In the unlikely event that Shiran Travels & Tours LTD must cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control, customers will be offered an alternative date or tour. If the alternative is not suitable, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Modifications by the Customer
- Customers wishing to modify their booking may do so subject to availability. Any additional costs associated with the modification will be clearly communicated and charged accordingly.
Non-refundable Services
- Certain services, such as tickets for events or attractions, are non-refundable once booked. This will be clearly stated during the booking process.
Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, customers must contact Shiran Travels & Tours LTD via email or phone, providing the booking reference and details of the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a certain number of days (e.g., 14-30 days, depending on your bank and payment method).
Force Majeure
- No refunds will be given for cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond Shiran Travels & Tours LTD’s or the customer’s control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest. However, we will work with customers to reschedule or provide credit for future services where possible.
